Job Responsibilities: Teaching and learning · Assist in the educational and social development of students under the direction and guidance of the Class Teacher and Head of TA. · Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Programmes for students, help monitor their progress and feedback to the form Teacher and Head of TA . · Provide support for individuals and groups of students inside and outside the classroom · Undertake some teaching tasks with groups of students following plans as prepared by teachers · Assist class teachers in assessment and record keeping · Support students with emotional/behavioural issues and help develop their social and personal skills · To encourage and support the skills of independence and self reliance · Undertake routine tasks to support the curriculum and assist with events e.g outings, field trips and take responsibility for a group under the supervision of the teacher · Provide feedback to students in relation to progress and achievement un
